Enjoy Coconut Cartel's oaky añejo rum infused with sweet ripe banana and fresh citrus. It's perfect poolside or by the fireplace. To make banana purée for this recipe, you will blend 1 overly ripe banana with 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a blender for about 10 minutes, on high. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors intensify, then skim the solids and strain.

      Instructions

      • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
      • Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
      • Strain into a cocktail coupe glass or rocks glass with fresh ice.
      • Garnish with a lime wedge or a banana chip for an elevated look.
