Disappointing
I'm sure there is a cocktail out there somewhere that this enhances, but it isn't one I've tried yet while thoroughly testing these bitters. The cocoa flavor is minimal at very best. It tastes more like adding a few drops of perfume to a beverage and I did not enjoy it.

Great for coffee
This has a strong flavor. While I'm not a huge fan of coffee drinks, this would be a great addictive for a fancy adult cocktail. The cocoa note is pretty intense so go easy.
