Versatile cocoa addition
This was my first experience with bitters and this was a hit. I tried Angostura Cocoa Bitters in Café Cubano and it was quite a delightful blend. The cocoa notes add depth to the expresso with a bit of nuttiness. I was initially distracted by the labeling as it is larger than the bottle and arrived disfigured but after seeing other bottles in the local store, I see that is by design and quite frankly, didn't affect the taste at all and that's what what matters.

Explore the versatility!
Love the prompt to try out some new cocktails! A super versatile bitters that you could take in multiple directions. The simplicity of a few drops added to coffee blends to more complex cocktails. The first one I tried out was a bourbon style Negroni… real good! And like any great bitters, one of these little bottles lasts forever 🤘🍸
