Bitter & Dry Need to be Your Preferences
I deeply understand why this is considered a palate cleanser. This is going to neutralize anything else you've tasted, but wowza is she bitter. I even did two parts prosecco to one aperitivo and the bitterness was still quite overwhelming. I got none of the sweet in bittersweet. Not for me, but if you find bitter and dry refreshing, why not give it a try? The color is quite lovely for mixing.

Great!
This liqueur is so good! It is great with prosecco for a classic aperol spritz. It's also really good in a Negroni, which is so trendy right now. It's a great, refreshing, versatile drink.
