I generally, I'm not a sweet drink type of girl, so I was hesitant to try this. I have heard of Apperal spritz is an decided to try it that way, which is my recommendation. This is not very good on its own as it is an aperitif and is meant to be combined with champagne. 10 out of 10 recommend if you like citrusy yet almost bitter, delicious liqueur.

Spritzes for summer

Nothing says a warm sunny day eating somewhere delicious al fresco like a bubbly Aperol spritz. Some Italian spirits are a little too herbal and bitter for me but Aperol strikes the perfect balance.
