This is something that...
This is something that the whole family drinks at any celebration. My great grandfather would always have a glass before bed and it has kind of become a tradition that the whole family continues to do. This is more about the nostalgia than anything.

The taste is bearable...
The taste is bearable with or without a chaser. Its rich yet smooth. I'd recommend to anyone who enjoys dark malty liquor. One thing I don't enjoy is the usual "drank to much" and "hugging the toilet" going down may be smooth but coming up gives a horrible burning sensation.
