Let me start by saying this isn't a bad whiskey it's just not my personal favorite. The blend seemed to taste no better that the original crown (which also not my favorite, sorry), although it was a bit smoother and had a nicer finish. For a mixed drink (like an old fashioned) it's a definite good choice, can't go wrong but to sip neat I'd go with something that has more character in the palate.

My favorite of all the Crown Royal options. Is definitely stronger and well worth the extra few dollars! It's really smooth and the packaging is excellent, as all Crown Royal products. Should definitely add it to the lineup for you next party.
