I tried this when it 1st came out. I was not a fan because of how sweet it was. It truly does taste like maple syrup. I enjoy liquor straight without any mixture. I do know a ton of people who enjoy this much more then the original. For the price its worth it for those who like very sweet liquor. I love the bottle design and it is a great gift.

I don't drink whisky all the time so I go into new types with scepticism, but this make flavored Crown was very good! It's my favorite Crown flavor!
