Punches way above it's weight class!
I began my bourbon journey a couple years ago and have since tried hundreds of bourbons with some of them being bottom shelf value brands and others being top shelf bourbons costing in excess of $1000. When I was first trying to become educated on bourbon, one bourbon that consistently was named by aficionados as being one of the best values and underrated brands was Evan Williams Bottled in Bond. So, immediately tried it and I have constantly had a bottle on my bar since. I like it neat, but it is also my favorite for mixing an Old Fashioned. This is a sub-$20 bottle of bottle of bourbon that can easily go head to head with bourbons costing
3-4 times as much. It is just a fantastic readily available bourbon that will leave you wondering how they sell as cheaply as they do.
Smooth, daily drinker
