Smooth yet spicy
This rum has a hint of baking spices and sweetness. The label lists a gingerbread, lychee and toffee notes and I def taste them. Doesn't burn going down which makes it perfect on the rocks or neat. My boyfriend made a cocktail and really liked it too.

Smooth!
I love rum, especially golden rum. I tried Mount Gay eclipse Barbados rum. It brings a delicious island flavor with a hint of vanilla and banana, it has been made for over 300 years and was named after the 1910 total solar eclipse. It is a blended rum and it's made in a traditional copper pot and matured in American whiskey casks. I tried this straight, and it smooth with a lovely warm finish , I also added some Coke with it and had myself and nice rum and Coke. I would definitely recommend this rum.
