mount gay rum eclipse

Great for mojitos!

Usually I use white rum when making mojitos at home, since I did not like the after taste that some of the golden/dark rum I used before. Mount Gay Eclipse Heritage surprised with the flavor when I made my pineapple mojito. I think the flavor blended very well with the ingredients used and provided a smooth taste and smell. Still want to try Mount Gay in other drink recipes but so far it exceeded my initial expectations for the mojitos. Definitely another brand that will be in my bar cabinet!

Smooth / Soft

A new favorite! Immediately loved the smell, it doesn't have that harsh smell that some runs have. Almost a sweetness to the smell. It goes down easy and isn't harsh. Caribbean rum is always good! I purchased this product through a promotion.
