So refreshing!
I'm not a big drinker, but this sounded good so I gave it a try. It is a very smooth gin, paired nicely with St Germain elderflower liquor and Fentimans Rose Lemonade.

Smooth and herbaceous
The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is a satiny smooth gin. To the nose, it's herbal and fresh, first with juniper and citrus, then sweet and spicy with notes of cassia and coriander, and finally with mint, thyme, sweet gale, gorse, and camomile. Great for mixing but even better plain or in a martini.
