I'm not a huge scotch...
I'm not a huge scotch fan but this was a less painful scotch than most. Fairly smooth and very aromatic

not my favorite scotch...
not my favorite scotch (that's still Ardbeg's 10 year blend, which doesn't taste at all like a blend!), but I buy this when I want good scotch at a relatively low (for quality scotch) price. it's balanced, with a hint of the peat that I love. I'd prefer to stick to my Islays, but that can get expensive! this would be good for introducing someone to scotch, or keeping on hand for guests.
