not my favorite scotch...
not my favorite scotch (that's still Ardbeg's 10 year blend, which doesn't taste at all like a blend!), but I buy this when I want good scotch at a relatively low (for quality scotch) price. it's balanced, with a hint of the peat that I love. I'd prefer to stick to my Islays, but that can get expensive! this would be good for introducing someone to scotch, or keeping on hand for guests.

If only everyone could...
If only everyone could afford to drink like this on a regular basis. This is an upscale drink that is so smooth you won't even know you are drinking whisky. It makes you appreciate all 12 years that they age it.After trying this a few times I understand why old men drink whisky.
